An annual Subscription has a 365-day hosting period. If you do not cancel the Subscription during that period, a new Subscription will automatically be activated. You will receive an email notification for the renewal of the Subscription. To view the hosting period of your Subscription, access your Account page and in the menu at the top right, select 'Details'.
To cancel a Subscription, access your Account page and in the menu at the top right, select: 'Cancel Subscription'. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your Subscription. Note there are no refunds provided for the days between the cancellation date and the end of your 365-day Subscription.
At the end of your Subscription's 365-day hosting period, if you cancel your Subscription, all uncompleted Events will become Inactive.
