Annual Subscription Hosting Period
An Annual Subscription has a 365-day hosting period. If you do not cancel the Subscription during that period, a new Subscription will automatically be activated. You will receive an email notification for the renewal of the Subscription. To view the hosting period of your Subscription, access your Account page and in the menu at the top right, select 'Details'.
Event Hosting Period for Annual Subscriptions
An Event Hosting Period for a Subscription Event is different than a one-time Event Plan. For one-time Event Plans, a Standard Event Plan has a 90-day hosting period, and the Premium and Premium Plus Plans have a 365-day hosting period.
Events in a Subscription account, do not have a set hosting period. They are not 90-days or 1-year. A Subscription Event will become inactive at the end of the Subscription's 365-day hosting period. At the end of your Subscription's 365-day hosting period, all Events will become Inactive.
For example, if your Annual Subscription hosting period is May 1, 2024 to May 1, 2025, and your Event is scheduled March 1, 2025, the Events Hosting Period ends May 1, 2025. In this example you will only have 60-days after the event, to download all photos from this event.
If your Annual Subscription hosting period is May 1, 2024 to May 1, 2025, and you create an Event with an event date of June 1st 2025, that Event will expire on May 1, 2025. You will need to wait until your Annual Subscription renews on May 1, 2025 to create Events with an event date after May 1, 2025.
