For guests there are three types of support help. Click the 3-dot menu in the top right.
- Help: Click 'Help' in the 3-dot menu to view a help screen displaying the steps guests can take.
- Chatbot: Click 'Chatbot' in the 3-dot menu to ask a question. Information for guests can be quickly accessed.
- FAQs: Click 'FAQs' in the 3-dot menu to access detailed information, with steps and screenshots for editing and uploading photos, creating a free account, using the QR code to join an Event, etc. There are 20 FAQs just for guests!
