LiveShare Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe
— The following policies are for LiveShare users to understand how we fulfill orders and the payments made by credit card, via the payment processor Stripe.
At LiveShare, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we take complaints about our services to heart. This Fulfillment Policy informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to refunds for services purchased from LiveShare. Please read our Fulfillment Policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for a refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Purchase & Delivery Policy
— Once you've selected a Plan or Subscription to purchase and completed the payment, you will receive an email from LiveShare. This email contains information on your purchase along with a link (URL) to the Plan or Subscription in your account. This email should be received within 5-15 minutes of your purchase. Your Plan or Subscription will be fully functional and accessible at that time.
This email will also have a link to our FAQs with details on configuring your Plan or Subscription. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support at: support@livesharenow.com
Cancellation Policy
— If you've purchased a Plan, it will have a 90-day or 1-year hosting period. The Plan will expire at the end of the hosting period. There is no need to cancel the Plan, since it's a one-time purchase. Click here for steps to view the hosting period of your Plan.
— A Subscription has a 365-day hosting period. If you do not cancel the Subscription during that period, a new Subscription will automatically be activated. You will receive an email notification for the renewal of the Subscription. To view the hosting period of your Subscription, access your Account page and in the menu at the top right, select 'Details'.
To cancel a Subscription, access your Account page and in the menu at the top right, select: 'Cancel Subscription'. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your Subscription. Note there are no refunds provided for the days between the cancellation date and the end of your 365-day Subscription.

Refund Policy
— When your Subscription has automatically renewed and your credit card has been charged, you will receive an email notification for the purchase of the new 365-day Subscription. Upon receiving this email notification, you choose to request a refund, please contact Customer Support at: support@livesharenow.com
If you have not used your LiveShare account after the new 365-day Subscription has been activated, LiveShare will provide a full refund. Note you have a 30-day period to request a refund after the Subscription has been renewed.
— If you purchased a Plan, and there was a technical or functional problem during your Event, please contact Customer Support at: support@livesharenow.com to request a refund. If you have any questions about the expected functionality of your Event Plan, please contact Customer Support prior to your Event.
Return Policy
— LiveShare provides online Photo Sharing services. Therefore no returns can be made. In some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been detailed above.
Exceptions
LiveShare may refuse to grant refunds if:
— You had access to our FAQs and Customer Support (support@livesharenow.com) before making the purchase, and didn't use those services to clarify functionality of the product purchased.
— You received the photo sharing service and failed to make a report within 7 days from the date of the purchase.
— You received the services you ordered, but simply had second thoughts about it.
