1. Subscription Renewals

When your 365-day Subscription automatically renews and your credit card is charged, you will receive an email confirmation.

If you have not used your LiveShare account after the renewal, you may request a refund within 30 days of the renewal date.

A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.

2. Event Plan Purchases

If you purchased a LiveShare Event Plan and experienced a technical or functional issue that prevented your event from functioning as expected, please contact Customer Support at support@livesharenow.com to request a refund.

Refund requests for Event Plans must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

A 10% processing fee applies to approved refunds.
3. Exceptions & Limitations
LiveShare reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

If you did not consult our FAQs or reach out to Customer Support before purchase to clarify platform functionality.

If you used the platform to upload, share, or manage photos after renewal, the subscription is considered consumed and non-refundable.

If services were delivered as expected but you later changed your mind or no longer needed the service.
4. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement after approval.
