Cancellation Policy
— If you've purchased a Plan, it will have a 90-day or 1-year hosting period. The Plan will expire at the end of the hosting period. There is no need to cancel the Plan, since it's a one-time purchase. Click here for steps to view the hosting period of your Plan.
— A Subscription has a 365-day hosting period. If you do not cancel the Subscription during that period, a new Subscription will automatically be activated. You will receive an email notification for the purchase of the new Subscription. To view the hosting period of your Subscription, access your Account page and in the menu at the top right, select 'Details'.
To cancel a Subscription, access your Account page and in the menu at the top right, select: 'Cancel Subscription'. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your Subscription. Note there are no refunds provided for the days between the cancellation date and the end of your 365-day Subscription.
